• Sustainable by Design
At GrainCycle, sustainability isn't a buzzword—it's our foundation. All wood is locally salvaged and responsibly processed. By repurposing high-quality old-growth timber, we reduce deforestation and landfill waste while preserving natural beauty and historic charm.
  • Artisanal Craftsmanship
Every item is handmade in our workshop by skilled carpenters with a deep respect for the material. We use joinery methods that stand the test of time, carefully sanding, oiling, and assembling each piece to bring out its natural grain and history.
  • Custom Furniture, Tailored to You
Our team offers full design-to-build services. Whether you want a specific size, finish, or multi-functional structure, we translate your needs into unique, made-to-measure furniture. Sketches, mockups, and material samples are included in the process.
  • Unique Materials with Provenance
No two pieces are alike. Our wood comes from century-old barns, retired railway sleepers, or antique doors. We trace the origin of each batch, offering clients insight into the past lives of the materials used in their furniture.
  • Zero Waste Workshop
We maximize every scrap. Offcuts become cutting boards, wall art, or packaging. Sawdust is donated to local farms. Even our finishing oils and adhesives are chosen for low toxicity and environmental impact. Circularity is our workshop ethos.
  • Interior Design Partnerships
GrainCycle works with architects, designers, and real estate developers to furnish residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces. We offer volume production on custom orders while retaining artisanal quality. Trade clients receive dedicated support, CAD drawings, and delivery coordination.
